As promised, colder air has moved into Iowa (along with some flurries), making for a chilly Thanksgiving. Your Weather Timeline shows a cold day on Black Friday as well, but with the addition of sunshine.
Hawkeye fans will need lots of layers Friday night, as temperatures fall into the teens in Iowa City during the game. Go Hawks!
Late Friday night into Saturday morning, we’ll see flurries move across Iowa. Some areas along the Missouri border could see a dusting by midday Saturday. Another disturbance could drop more flurries over western and central Iowa Saturday afternoon and evening.
Ames will be a chilly place Saturday evening as well, and Iowa State fans will need to dress accordingly. Go Cyclones!
