We’ve seen huge temperature changes since Friday across Iowa, with air temperatures dropping about 30 degrees from 24 hours ago, and “feels like” temperatures dropping around 50 degrees. You weather timeline takes you on a cold walk into Monday.
The National Weather Service has issued our first cold weather advisory for Sunday morning. We will likely see more such advisories the next few days. Lows Saturday will fall below zero, and wind chills to near 20 and 30 below will be around Sunday morning. Be careful and dress appropriately when heading out.

As for snow chances, they are few. Flurries are possible Monday. We may see a dusting of snow sometime Wednesday, and we may again see flurries on Thursday.

European ensemble models do give us light snow chances Wednesday and again by the end of the month, but amounts look light:
