SpaceX aims to fill the lowband gap in its hybrid satellite-terrestrial network plan by acquiring Grain’s 800MHz spectrum. That may help it compete with AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon, but analysts still say SpaceX needs an MVNO deal.
