DES MOINES, Iowa — Sunshine today allowed highs to warm up above yesterday’s readings. We have a warming trend ahead that takes us into the weekend.

Lows tonight will drop into the 30s across northern Iowa.

A few sprinkles are possible with a passing system early Friday morning. We’ll also see a series of boundaries bring us slight, light rain chances in the Sunday-Tuesday timeframe.
