Lows tonight will again be mild. The same conditions will stick around through Sunday, though the weekend looks breezy. The next rain chance comes late Sunday evening through Tuesday afternoon here in central Iowa. Temperatures will cool as the raindrops fall.

Rainfall amounts look heavier today than they did yesterday during that stretch.

Highs for the next 6 days are above, showing next week’s cooling trend. Temperatures still look to stay above normal. It now appears we could see a shot of cooler air around October 11th.
