Iowa House and Senate lawmakers advanced House Study Bill 99 and Senate Study Bill 1074 through their respective subcommittees Wednesday. The bills aim to stop Pharmacy Benefit Managers or PBMs from giving pharmacies less money than it costs to fill prescriptions.
