There is a big update to the North Polk Community School District Elementary Schools’ menus this semester! Two 5th grade students at Big Creek Elementary took their knowledge of persuasive writing to submit a request to add boneless wings to the menu and they convinced the nutrition department to do just that! Lane and Dash’s big success is this week’s Scholastic Spotlight.
