WEST DES MOINES, Iowa — Police in West Des Moines are investigating the robbery of a convenience store Sunday night.

It happened at the Git N Go at 1325 Grand Avenue. Sgt. Dan Wade of the West Des Moines Police Department said the call about the robbery came in at 9:45 p.m. A single suspect left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash.

No injuries were reported in the robbery, said Sgt. Wade.

No information about whether a weapon was used, or a suspect description, was released by police.
