Jill Fisher’s husband became a U.S. citizen six years ago. The Iowa Secretary of State’s Office said Tuesday that an audit flagged 2,022 individuals as potential noncitizens. Fisher worries her husband’s name could be on the list and that it could create barriers for him to vote.
