DES MOINES, Iowa — The Avenues of Ingersoll & Grand held a virtual townhall Wednesday night to hear from visitors and business and property owners about their concerns with the current parking situation. While there were many who expressed complaints about the lack of parking, the Avenues said a potential solution could be shared parking lots. WHO 13’s Andy Fales has more.
