‘Unakite Thirteen Hotel’ is the legal name Jason Kilburn and his attorney say Nebraska’s Department of Health and Human Services gave his daughter. He says she has no Social Security number or birth certificate. At the time of her birth, Kilburn said he and his daughter’s mother were split up for several months, and there was a chance she may not have been his daughter. Eventually, a paternity test proved that she was, and Kilburn got custody of the child.
