COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa — The Council Bluffs Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 86-year-old man.

Dale Edward Haven was last seen in Adair at around 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. According to police, it’s believed that Haven may be confused and got lost.

Haven is about 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs about 143 lbs., and has gray hair and hazel eyes. He was last known to be wearing a green and black plaid shirt and glasses. He is driving a 2010 Chrysler Sebring with Iowa plate LXZ893.
