A handful of Oskaloosa teenagers are tackling a big mess at one of Iowa’s county parks. Cedar Bluff Nature Area is a peaceful preserve of prairies, woodland, bluffs, and river bottoms. The students and their effort are this week’s Scholastic Spotlight.
