POLK COUNTY, Iowa — The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help to find a 13-year-old boy who left his home in Saylor Township just before midnight on Wednesday.
The sheriff’s office was called to a home in the 5700 block of NW 3rd Court at 4:30 a.m. Thursday on a report of a missing juvenile. The parents of Kaden Sergio said he was last seen at the residence around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Kaden is 5′ tall and weighs 95 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was believed to be wearing a light-colored sweatshirt with a “Sebolts” wrestling logo and had a backpack.

The PCSO says they don’t have any indication of foul play but there is concern for Kaden’s welfare because of the colder temperatures and his lack of warm clothing.
If you have any information about his location, call the PCSO at (515)286-3333 or your local law enforcement agency.
