UPDATE: The Pleasant Hill Police Department said Gary Sellers has been located safely.

PLEASANT HILL, Iowa – Police in Pleasant Hill are asking for the public’s help to locate a man suffering from a mental condition who walked away from his home Friday morning.

The Pleasant Hill Police Department is looking for Gary Sellers. He is a white male, about 70 years old, 5’7”, and 150 pounds. He has shorter gray hair and may have beard scruff.

Sellers was last seen wearing a white checkered shirt, a blue checkered flannel jacket with a gray hoodie, light-colored blue jeans, and black shoes.

PHPD said Sellers left from his home on foot in an unknown direction of travel.
