WEST DES MOINES, Iowa — Many metro communities have moved, or are considering moving, Beggars’ Night to the Saturday before Halloween. West Des Moines is the latest city to consider moving the night of Beggars’ Night permanently and are giving residents several options. WHO 13’s Andy Fales hit the streets of West Des Moines Thursday night and asked residents what they thought about the idea.
