WEST DES MOINES, Iowa — The West Des Moines Police Department is searching for a missing 11-year-old and has asked for the public’s help.
On Friday, the WDMPD said 11-year-old Edgar Aguilar Villalta was last seen in the area of Raccoon River Park heading north on foot near the railroad tracks.
Edgar is about 4 feet tall, weighs about 130 lbs., and has brown eyes and black curly hair. Police say he was last known to be wearing a maroon shirt and red swimming shorts.
Anyone with information regarding Edgar’s whereabouts is asked to call Westcom at (515)222-3321.
