DES MOINES, Iowa — Applications are now open for the 2026 Leadership Program. The Latina Leadership Initiative told WHO 13 that they are inviting both participants and mentors to join the program.

This is an opportunity to be part of a transformative journey of growth, community, and impact. LLI fosters a network of mentors to lead, inspire, and create change. Applications close on October 31, 2025.

If you are interested in applying for the 2026 Leadership Program or become a mentor, you can learn more at a LLI informational session. The informational sessions are an opportunity to ask questions, gain valuable insight into the program’s curriculum, meet the Executive Director, Socorro Martinez, and learn about what the program has to offer.
