OSCEOLA, Iowa — The Osceola Police Department says the Clarke Community Middle and High Schools were evacuated due to a carbon monoxide leak.
According to a Osceola PD Facebook post made Friday at 2:42 p.m., the school was evacuated due to a carbon monoxide leak. Police say everyone is safe and accounted for.
Bus students will still go home via the bus and students who are picked up will need to be picked up at Lifepoint Church, according to police.
All access to the school is being blocked off at this time.
