ALBIA, Iowa — In the midst of tragedy following a devastating fire in downtown Albia, the Lady Dees softball team is providing hope to the community that has always supported them.

Featuring a young roster and dominant pitching, the Lady Dees are preparing to take on Estherville Lincoln Central in the quarterfinals of the state softball tournament at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
