BONDURANT, Iowa — A rollover accident with injuries has forced the closure of a portion of NE Hubbell Avenue in Bondurant.

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office said the accident involved a single vehicle and happened around 7:30 a.m. Thursday in the 8200 block of NE Hubbell Avenue. Three occupants of the vehicle, two males and one female, are being treated for unknown injuries.

The north and southbound lanes of NE Hubbell between 94th Avenue and NE 78th Avenue will be closed while investigators examine the scene as part of the investigation to determine the cause of the crash. Lt. Mark Chance with the PCSO said the road will be closed for at least two hours.

The PCSO is asking people to avoid the area while they investigate. Southbound traffic can take NE 94th Avenue west to NE 72nd Street and northbound traffic can take NE 80th Street north to NE 94th Avenue.
