CLIVE, Iowa — Friday wasn’t what you’d call a typical workday for an officer with the Clive Police Department. A duckling was found stuck inside a storm drain, and Officer Gage Hawk climbed down the drain to save it. Officer Hawk was able to rescue the duckling and reunite it with its mother and siblings.
