DES MOINES, Iowa — Spotty showers continued to hit parts of Iowa on and off since Wednesday. The rain will be moving out tonight with less than another quarter of an inch possible. The heaviest rain fell in between Atlantic and Osceola. Not as much rain fell in northern Iowa with some areas not even seeing a drop.
