Rain totals are coming in pretty close as forecasted, as of Sunday afternoon. More rain is on the way into the early morning hours, and your weather timeline walks you through it.


We may see a few strong storms in places like Fairfield and Bloomfield later this afternoon and early evening. We will monitor for those of you traveling on this Easter Sunday.

Rain should lift out of our viewing area by 2 a.m. or so, leaving us with a cloudy morning start on Monday. We’ll see more sunshine by the afternoon!



A few more showers and storms are possible during the early morning hours on Tuesday as a warm front crosses the state. The rainfall image below shows totals Sunday night through Tuesday morning.


More scattered storms are possible Wednesday into Friday morning, with the most widespread rainfall coming Thursday.
