ALTOONA, IA — The city of Altoona is looking for an artist to help design a public mural in town.
Regardless of experience, the city invites all applicants to apply to its project site.
The first deadline will take place on Friday, March 14th. Those interested in having their artwork featured along 1st Avenue must submit a proposal that showcases the city’s current design, pays homage to its history, and highlights the city’s future growth and development.
