DES MOINES, Iowa — The Des Moines Police Department is requesting the communities help locating a missing 15-year-old with health concerns.

According to the DMPD, 15-year-old Tayvion was last seen in the 1500 block of 18th Street just before noon on Sunday. Tayvion has health concerns that require medication, which authorities say he doesn’t have with him.

Des Moines Police and family efforts to locate Tayvion have not been successful.

DMPD says Tayvion is approximately 5’8″” tall and weighs around 160 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black coat, grey sweatpants, and carrying and white and black backpack.
