PERRY, Iowa — On Thursday, the ADR Group broke ground on a parts factory expected to open in 2027 in Perry.
The facility will be located in the Perry Industrial Park located along Soumas Avenue. Based out of Milan, Italy, the ADR Group is a market leader in axles, braking systems and suspension systems for industrial and agricultural machines.
“The opening of ADR Axles USA Inc. represents a strategic step for ADR, allowing us to better serve our customers in the United States and support them in their growth”, said Flavio Radrizzani, ADR Group President.
“This is an exciting challenge. We want to offer our U.S. customers the same excellence, quality, and expertise that have distinguished our services worldwide for years”, said Chiara Radrizzani, ADR Group Strategy Vice President.
The Perry facility is expected to open during the first quarter of 2027 and will serve as the ADR Group’s U.S. headquarters. The facility is slated to cover 64,000 square feet and employ 35 people upon competition, with an expectation to increase positions over the following three years.
ADR Group broke ground just over a week after JBS USA broke ground on a new $135 million sausage factory also located in Perry’s Industrial Park.
