DES MOINES, Iowa — The management company of Glenwood Mobile Home Park and Des Moines Water Works have resolved a billing dispute that would have resulted in 50 homes losing water service.
Representatives of COARE, the management company that oversees Glenwood Mobile Home Park, confirmed in an email “I’m happy to report that the payment issue with DMWW and Glenwood has been resolved via payment in full. I appreciate your advocacy on behalf of the residents.”
This comes after Des Moines Water Works posted water service termination notices this past Wednesday citing unpaid bills.
Residents at Glenwood Mobile Home Park will not have their water service terminated.
