Tilson, a bankrupt network-builder, is seeking $200 million via a breach of contract suit against the AT&T-BlackRock Gigapower joint venture. Gigapower previously sued Tilson in a separate court, claiming that Tilson was holding $3.6 million of Gigapower-owned materials ‘hostage’ after a contract was terminated.
