DES MOINES, Iowa — Police are investigating after a man was shot early Wednesday morning in Des Moines’ Gray’s Lake neighborhood.
Sgt. Paul Parizek, Public Information Officer of the Des Moines Police Department, said an adult male showed up at a local hospital with a gunshot wound to the leg. His injuries were non-life-threatening.
Investigators were able to determine the shooting happened around 12:20 a.m. in the 1100 block of Davis Avenue.
The suspects in the case are currently unknown, and the investigation into the shooting continues.
