PLEASANT HILL, Iowa — Keep Iowa Beautiful is hosting its biggest fundraiser of the year Tuesday, and for the first time, anyone in the state can give back.
The organization’s fourth annual golf tournament and fundraiser will be held at the Copper Creek Golf Club in Pleasant Hill. The funds raised will fuel programs that uplift all Iowa communities — from rural towns to larger cities.
This year, organizers are expanding the online auction and allowing any Iowan to get involved in the fundraiser. Items include tickets to sporting events and signed gear from local legends, such as Cooper DeJean.
The auction is open until 4:30 on Monday afternoon, and you can bid on items here.
