DES MOINES, Iowa — The Des Moines Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating two missing teens.

According to the DMPD, 14-year-old Zayden and 17-year-old Alexis were last seen on Saturday morning in the 900 block of Porter Avenue. Police said that both voluntarily left, but it’s believed neither have their prescribed medications.

Zayden is 5′ 5″ tall and weighs about 130 lbs. and Alexis is 5′ 3″ tall and roughly 109 lbs. Both were last seen wearing blue medical-style scrubs. Police said it’s possible that the two have or will try to travel outside of Des Moines.

Anyone with information about their whereabouts is asked to call 911.
