AMES, Iowa — Reiman Gardens’ annual Garden Art Fair brings over 80 local artists to Ames to showcase their artwork. The artists brought various pieces including jewelry, glass, watercolor, metal, pottery, photography, and more. The event also featured food from Hy-Vee and Sweet Treats Ice Cream.

Breanna Englehardt is an Ames native and Iowa State University graduate. She now has a booth at the vendor fair selling her pottery and other handmade items.

Dan and Mickey Johnson are the owners of Lost Loon Studio out of Waterloo, Iowa. They have been coming to the Garden Art Fair in Ames since 2009.

A well-known artist at the fair is Mika Sorak Weirbach with Thymelyglass Studio from Eldon, Iowa. She creates flowers from metal and glass art.

Pat Petersen is the creator or Conversation Pieces. She has been coming to the fair for 10 years now.
