DES MOINES, Iowa — A pedestrian was injured after being hit by a vehicle in Des Moines Monday night.
At around 8:20 p.m. the Des Moines Police Department and Des Moines Fire Department responded to a report of a pedestrian vs. vehicle crash near Merle Hay Road and Hickman Road.
According to a DMPD post on X, the pedestrian was injured in the crash. The extent of the pedestrian’s injuries is unknown at this time.
