FLOYD COUNTY, Iowa — A Motorcyclist was killed in a crash with a semi on a Floyd County highway Wednesday morning.
According to an Iowa State Patrol crash report, the collision occurred at around 9:10 a.m. on US Highway 18 near Charles City. The report states that the motorcyclist pulled out in front of a semi and the two collided.
The motorcyclist, identified as a 66-year-old, died from injuries sustained in the crash. The names of the motorcyclist and the semi driver have not been released.
