DES MOINES, Iowa — The 147th annual All-Alumni Scarlet Celebration takes place this weekend. The celebration is hosted by the East High School Alumni Association & Foundation and will feature school songs performed by former cheerleaders and steppers, the famous roll call, and hall of fame inductions.
