Polk County Attorney Kimberly Graham released the decision Monday, saying: “I have personally reviewed the available evidence, including body-worn camera video footage. I have determined that the conduct of Officer (Chad) Ruroden was justified, and no criminal charges will be filed against Officer Ruroden.”
