Gov. Reynolds holding news conference on Iowa DOGE Task Force

DES MOINES, Iowa — Governor Kim Reynolds is holding a news conference Monday morning at the State Capitol to reveal more information about the state’s DOGE Task Force.

Reynolds is looking to emulate the Trump administration’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and cut the size and cost of Iowa’s government.

Last week, Gov. Reynolds testified before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee in Washington, saying “Iowa was doing ‘DOGE’ before DOGE was a thing.”
