Who does the Blank Park Zoo’s tiger predict will win the Super Bowl?

DES MOINES, Iowa — On Tuesday the Blank Park Zoo’s Amur tiger predicted the winner of the Super Bowl.

Misha, 13, was presented with two boxes filled with her favorite treat. One of the boxes was decorated for the Kansas City Chiefs and the other for the Philadelphia Eagles. After careful consideration, Misha picked the treats inside the Chiefs box, predicting them as the winner of Super Bowl LIX.

“Misha has sharp instincts especially when it comes to picking a winner,” Alex Payne, a Blank Park Zoo spokesperson, said. “In 2022, Misha went against her species when she correctly predicted that the Los Angeles Rams would beat the Cincinnati Bengals. In fact, our animals have a strong track record of predicting the Big Game, with 11 correct picks in the last 14 years.”

The Super Bowl will take place on Sunday, February 9 at 5:30 p.m. CST in New Orleans, Louisiana.
