INDIANOLA, Iowa- The Indianola Wellness Campus is hosting a community day on Saturday.

From 8:30 a.m. through 4 p.m., there will be winter-themes games and activities for families within the community to take part in. A majority of the activities will take place between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Some activities include face painting, family fitness classes, open swim, family-friendly crafts, a scavenger hunt, and more.

Popcorn and hot chocolate are also available for those who attend.

“It’s winter time. I’m a mother myself and it’s always hard looking for things to do when it’s a cold Saturday. So, we thought we would have a fun family-friendly event,” said Andrea Carlson, the Community Outreach Coordinator for the Indianola Wellness Campus.

The Wellness Campus is also offering an exclusive offer. Those who sign up for any membership on Saturday will receive 25% off their first month’s fee and won’t have to pay a joiner fee.

The Indianola Wellness Campus is located at 306 East Scenic Valley Avenue in Indianola.
