DES MOINES, Iowa — Brenton Skating Plaza is hosting a first responders appreciation weekend to show support for local law enforcement, fire crews, and emergency medical personnel.

On Saturday, January 25th, from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday, January 26th, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. first responders are invited to ice skate for free. Admission and skate rental will also be free for up to three guests.

Valid identification or proof of service is required to take advantage of this offer.
