DES MOINES, Iowa — The Des Moines Police Department is asking for the community’s help locating a missing 12-year-old girl.

12-year-old Nora Rash was reported missing from the northwest side of Des Moines around the area of Allison Avenue and 27th Street. She was last known to be with friends.

Authorities say Nora is around five feet and two inches tall and weighs around 100 pounds.
