Schools in central Iowa use origami to meet geometry standards for Iowa mathematics. It’s a fun and creative way to use mathematics with hands-on opportunities. One Johnston Middle School teacher took her love of origami to make an entire experience of creativity for her math students. It’s this week’s Scholastic Spotlight.
