HAMILTON COUNTY, Iowa — A multiple-vehicle crash on Highway 69 in Hamilton County has forced the road to be shut down Friday morning.
The crash happened shortly after 6:30 a.m. The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office posted that Highway 69 is closed north of Blairsburg until further notice. There were serious injuries involved in the crash.
According to the Iowa DOT, the crash happened between 180th Street and 190th Street.
No other details were immediately released.
A Dense Fog Advisory was in place at the time of the crash and remains in effect until 9:00 a.m. in Hamilton County.
