DES MOINES, Iowa — Open enrollment starts November 1st, meaning millions of Americans are making decisions about their health care coverage.

Thankfully, there’s free help for uninsured Iowans to find and enroll in affordable health care called Iowa Navigator. 

Program Director Jeremy Smith joined Calyn Thompson on Today in Iowa to talk about how the non-profit organization just added offices in Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, and Sioux City to allow for in-person meetings.
